Although one of the most famous works in the choral repertoire, Bach's Mass in B minor is rarely performed, largely due to its complexity of vocal lines and the grand scale of the work. With over 90 choristers tackling the demanding choruses, four of Australia's most experienced early music singers as soloists and accompanied by the Amadeus Chamber Orchestra, this was a choral highlight in Melbourne in 2009.
